Warranties are valid to dealer from the date the spa leaves our factory.

Warranty begins upon sale to the end user or 6 months after production ship date, whichever occurs first.
Warranty Information
Please provide the following required information to initiate the warranty claim.
• Dealer name • Spa model with serial number, customer name, address, phone contact and date of purchase • Detailed information to include pictures
WARRANTY PROCESS
1. Warranty claims will be reviewed by the parts and technical department upon receipt. 2. Warranties will be classed according to size and severity. 3. All warranty claims that require less than $500.00 or equivalent to correct will be handled by parts. The amount of $500 or equivalent includes parts plus any labor needed to correct the warranty claim. 4. Parts or systems that are replaced under warranty should be returned within 15 days within USA and Canada or 30 days from international countries.
SIGNIFICANT WARRANTY CLAIMS
1. Significant warranty claims will be defined as a solution that cost more $500.00 or equivalent. 2. After review by the parts and technical department, the claim will be handed over to the materials department. Once the claim is passed to the materials department, a claim file will be established for review and resolution. 3. No significant claim can be resolved without review by the warranty board which includes parts and technical manager, materials manager, general manager, and V.P. of Sales. 4. Claims will be resolved in accordance with Four Winds warranty guidelines.
LABOR INVOICES DOCUMENTATION
All labor invoice claims should be returned with the warranted item within 15 days from within the USA (or 30 days from international countries) including information or documentation in written and digital format. Labor invoices will be reviewed on a weekly basis and a credit will be issued to dealers account if their account is up to date. Return parts and labor invoices returned after the allotted time will be subject to denial.
